Although my overall method is diverse, my approach is influenced by evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Additionally, I incorporate the use of Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) to assist clients in releasing emotions related to unresolved stressful events.
